VG Connect’s built-in CRM automatically organizes customer interactions, allowing you to manage contacts, view transcripts, listen to call recordings, and track follow-up actions efficiently.

VG Connect features an intuitive, built-in CRM that automatically organizes every customer who engages with your assistant. Conversations tied to the same phone number or email are grouped under a unique contact for easy management.

Adding and Managing Contacts

You can manually add contacts with the Add Contact button. Each contact contains a full conversation history, AI-generated next steps, and summaries to help guide your follow-up process.

Viewing Conversations and Call Recordings

Click on a conversation to view the complete transcript. For phone interactions, you can listen to call recordings directly within the CRM.

Best Practices for Managing Contacts

To efficiently manage high volumes of contacts, it’s recommended to add notes and update the Status field (e.g., "New," "Follow-up"). You can display the Status field in the contacts view to prioritize which contacts require attention.
