This guide will help you set up the basic information for your VG Connect, ensuring your AI receptionist is ready to go quickly—book a 1:1 onboarding session for personalized setup support.
Step 1: Enter Your Business Name
Start by entering your business name. This will be the foundation for how VG Connect identifies your business in customer interactions. You will have more customization options in the next steps.
Step 2: Select an Industry Template
VG Connect offers over 150 industry-specific templates to choose from. These templates are designed for various business types and will automatically populate with common questions and information relevant to your industry. You can edit and customize these details later, so don’t worry if something isn’t a perfect fit right away. If you don't see your industry or business type, simple enter it and click next.
Step 3: Add Your Website for Enhanced Customization
For more personalized responses, you can input your business website, and VG Connect will analyze it to gather key information. We highly recommend you do this step. This process takes less than a minute and helps tailor the conversation based on your business’s specific details. Once you input the website and click Save, VG Connect will scrape the relevant information and incorporate it into your setup.
Note: VG Connect does not continuously analyze your website, so if your site updates, simply remove and re-add the website, then click Save to prompt a new analysis.
