VG Connect's basic reporting lets you track contact status, communication channels, and qualification metrics over time, with the option to export data for more advanced analysis.
VG Connect comes with basic reporting tools to help you track how your assistant is being used and where your contacts are coming from.
You can access the reporting page via the Reports tab on the left-hand side of your dashboard.
From there, you can select different date ranges and filter by key metrics, including:
- Contact Status: See how many leads are new, in progress, or completed.
- Communication Channel: Track how contacts are engaging with you (e.g., email vs. phone).
- Qualification Status: Monitor how many contacts meet your qualification criteria.
- Metrics Over Time: View trends and activity levels over time to identify patterns.
For more advanced reporting and analysis, you can export your contacts to platforms like Google Sheets or Excel and customize the data further to suit your needs.
